Professional critique calibrated for students in grades 5–12. Eight writing types supported. No rewriting, no grades — just clear guidance.

Writeorium

How it works

Beyond the rubric: feedback that builds thinkers, not checklist-completers.

Every piece gets critique designed for your student’s developmental stage. Fifth graders receive warm, concrete guidance. High schoolers get college-prep rigor with advanced terminology. Each writing type — narrative, argumentative, research, poetry — has its own criteria for success.

1. Submit

Your student submits a piece in any supported format — narrative, argumentative essay, research report, poetry, creative writing, or drama.
Up to 2,000 words.

2. Get feedback

Detailed critique tailored to their grade and writing type. Elementary students get encouragement. High schoolers get college-prep rigor with literary terminology.

3. Revise

Students revise independently using the feedback. They learn to recognize strengths, address weaknesses, and develop craft — skills that transfer to everything they write.
